An avid golfer, KB is a volunteer with the First Tee of Massachusetts, a youth development organization that strives to expand the game of golf to those who may have been previously unaware of the opportunities that comes along with the sport. Previously, she was a coach and outreach coordinator for the Western New York chapter. She also plays with and supports student groups during their "graduation rounds" for Fairways to Leadership.
KB is a Graduate Student Issues Committee member for the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) and an Advisory Board Member for the Madden School of Business and Economics at Le Moyne College. She has also been a member of the Le Moyne College Alumni Association Board (AAB) since 2020. As a member of the AAB, she is part of the enrollment management committee, multicultural committee, and awards committee.
KB was an active volunteer with Minds Matter Boston, a nonprofit organization that equips highly motivated students from low-income communities with resources needed to gain admission to four-year colleges and universities. She served as a member-at-large on the Associate Board of Directors and a member of the College Guidance team.
