AAC&U DESS Conference

That's a wrap!! AAC&U's Diversity, Equity, and Student Success conference was fantastic. I'm  thrilled to have presented at a conference for the very first time, and I always love hearing about the great work being done at other institutions. . HUGE shout out to my good friends and colleagues at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Our session was titled, "Stronger Together: A Systems-Based Approach to Staff Belonging."
