AERA Annual Meeting 2026

I’m excited to share that my paper, Navigating Digital Gatekeepers: A Scoping Review of Electronic Word-of-Mouth in College Admissions Pathways, has been accepted for a Roundtable Session at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, CA from Wednesday, April 8–Sunday, April 12, 2026. I look forward to discussing this work which comes out of my dissertation research. I look forward to sharing this with others and getting meaningful feedback.

In addition to presenting, I am honored to serve as a Session Chair for two sessions at the 2026 AERA Annual Meeting:

• Roundtable Session Chair - Behavior and Achievement Across Contexts: Analyzing the Complex Web of Influence Through Mixed Methods
• Paper Session Chair - Understanding Test-Optional Policies and Promise Programs for Educational Equity

I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the AERA community in these roles. More details will be available as the conference approaches, and I look forward to engaging with fellow researchers in 2026.
