This fall, I had the pleasure of once again helping as an instructor with FairWays to Leadership. We worked with an amazing group of MIT Sloan undergrads who were eager to learn—not just about golf, but about confidence, adaptability, and personal growth. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and curiosity were inspiring, and they all made such great progress!
FairWays to Leadership is a fantastic organization that uses golf as a platform to teach Leadership, inclusion, and community—values that extend far beyond the course. Huge shout out to Dylan Gladney, MBA and Ali Miller for making this such a fantastic experience. Can't wait to be back in the Spring!
